True to our commitment, we commenced the project on the promised start date. The extensive rectifications required due to the previous builders’ shortcomings were challenging, but we approached them with determination and expertise. The transformation began and the impact was noticeable from the outset.
Our team worked tirelessly to turn the project around. The exterior, battered by sea air, required a durable solution. We opted for Piranha durable composite cladding, a choice that not only complemented the seaside location, but also offered low maintenance and longevity. Internally, we implemented innovative pocket door systems, enhancing the overall spatial dynamics of the building.
Recognising the importance of personalized touches, we worked closely with the clients to create custom-made storage areas next to the front door, aligning with their unique specifications.
